Bilal's Master of Science in Journalism was completed at the Centre for Excellence in Journalism (CEJ), IBA Karachi — a joint program of the International Center for Journalists (ICFJ), the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University, and IBA Karachi, established with backing from the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Consulate General Karachi.
